Every entrepreneur has a turning point. Here’s mine.
For years, I defined success by checking boxes, climbing the ladder, and staying productive—no matter the cost. On paper, I had it all: a thriving career in customer experience, eventually leading as Head of Customer Service at a growing tech company. But behind the scenes, I was burnt out, disconnected from myself, and struggling with my mental health.
By my mid-30s, I realized I was living by others’ expectations, often silencing my own values to keep the peace or hit the next goal. I knew the change I needed wasn’t external—it had to come from within.
So I slowed down, got honest, and did the deeper work. I began prioritizing well-being, unpacking years of pressure, and learning to lead with alignment instead of obligation. Each life pivot—from the Midwest to Brooklyn to Seattle—reflected that shift toward meaning.
Coaching wasn’t a career change; it was a calling. I trained through Thriving Coach Academy to support professionals who, like me, are ready to redefine success.
Now in my 40s, I coach with structure, clarity, and heart—helping others find their own rhythm, with the support I once needed but didn’t have.
You don’t have to do this alone.
I’m a certified coach through Thriving Coach Academy, an ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 program that equips coaches to create transformational results with confidence, integrity, and deep client care.
This means my training meets the gold standard set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global leader in coaching excellence. I’m currently pursuing ICF certification to further deepen my skills and uphold the highest standards in client-centered coaching.
I’ve been trained not just to offer advice, but to create meaningful change. Coaching with me is about helping you access your own insights, move through resistance, and take bold, aligned action toward your goals.
My clients often tell me they feel both supported and challenged in our work together. That balance is intentional. It helps create a space where you can explore your thoughts honestly while building momentum toward the future you’re envisioning.
Our work is values-driven and future-focused. We’ll build everything based on where you want to go, not just what you’ve been told you should do.
A calm, grounded space that invites clarity and self-trust
Straightforward structure to reduce overwhelm and encourage consistent progress
A coach who listens deeply, reflects honestly, and holds you accountable with care
A process that supports both inner growth and measurable results
With a background in leadership, team development, and change management, I bring structure and clear communication to every session. At the same time, I know how to adapt as your needs evolve. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, self-doubt, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll move forward in a way that honors your vision, your values, and your pace.
My perspective
Entrepreneurship is one of the most courageous acts of self-trust. It’s not just about starting a business. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your values, and your vision.
I genuinely believe the world would be a better place if more people became entrepreneurs. It creates connection, fosters community, and offers the freedom to build a life that truly fits. For those who have spent years living by someone else’s definition of success, that shift can be life-changing.
To me, building a business isn’t about hustle or hype. It’s about alignment. That means making choices that reflect what matters to you, moving through fear instead of avoiding it, and taking consistent, intentional steps toward the future you want.
My role is to help you stay connected to that deeper purpose, so your business grows from the inside out.
I’m passionate about supporting aspiring and new entrepreneurs—especially those starting service-based businesses as coaches, consultants, creatives, or solo practitioners. I also work with small business owners launching local or brick-and-mortar ventures who want a values-aligned approach to building something real.
Most of my clients come to coaching during a season of reinvention. They’ve done what was expected of them, followed the traditional path, and often achieved a certain level of outward success. But something still feels off. There’s a desire for more alignment, purpose, and ownership of their future.
They’re motivated, reflective, and thoughtful. They don’t need a cheerleader or someone to tell them what to do. They need structure, support, and a space to reconnect with their own clarity and direction.
You’ve been sitting on an idea and want help bringing it to life
You’re ready to build a business that feels like you, not just what others expect
You’ve launched something but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next
You’re navigating a career shift in midlife and want to create something with purpose
You crave support that combines structure with flexibility, accountability with care
Coaching with me is a collaborative process. I bring structure, presence, and perspective—but the transformation happens when you show up fully and engage with the work.
This coaching is especially effective when you’re:
Open to personal growth and curious about what’s beneath the surface
Willing to take imperfect, values-driven action
Interested in building something that feels meaningful and sustainable—not just marketable
If you’re looking for step-by-step formulas, someone to make decisions for you, or a quick fix without reflection, this might not be the right fit. And that’s okay.
This space is for thoughtful entrepreneurs who want to create from a place of clarity, trust, and purpose. If that’s where you’re headed, I’d love to walk with you.
